At GrowVerse, we stand behind the quality and value of our products and services. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested.
All digital product purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing ashok@growverse.in with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For free webinars, no refund is applicable as there is no charge. For paid bootcamps, a full refund may be requested up to 24 hours before the bootcamp start date. Once the bootcamp has begun, refunds are not available as the content has been delivered. Requests should be sent to ashok@growverse.in.
For the GrowVerse Accelerator and other premium coaching programs, a refund may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided that the participant has attended no more than one coaching session. After the 7-day period or after attending more than one session, refunds are not available. Partial refunds are not offered.
